Come enjoy fantastic local beers, sumptuous cocktails,  shawangunk wines, and authentic Apple Jack in our wonderful warm red barn. The vistas are breathtaking, and the food and drinks are great. Dogs are welcome and reservations are not required.

Both owners are super nice, the view of lake is beautiful the trail walk they have is so nice the drinks are so good and I recommend trying the lavender drink very good. Try our homegrown Apple Jack

Try our authentic Apple Jack in a cocktail, or take some home for your next local party. Made on-site using the traditional 1840's-style "Jacking" process and bottled on-site at our Distillery.
